6. लहसुन भी खांसी से राहत दिलाने में कारगर है. इसके लिए आपको लहसुन को घी में भून कर गर्मागरम खाना होगा.

7. अगर आप खांसी से परेशान हैं तो अदरक का जूस पीएं. इसमें शहद मिला कर आप इसका और ज्यादा फायदा उठा सकते हैं.

8. जैसा कि हम बता चुके हैं अदरक और नमक दोनों ही खांसी में गले के दर्द से राहत दिलाते हैं. तो अगर दोनों को एकसाथ खाया जाए तो यह और भी फायदेमंद साबित होंगी. आपको करना बस यह है कि अदरक के टुकड़ों पर नमक लगा कर खाना है.

9. अनार का रस भी खांसी से राहत दिलाता है. लेकिन इसके लिए आपको सिर्फ अनार का नहीं, इसमें जरा सा पिपली पाउडर और अदरक भी डालना होगा.


10. खांसी के साथ अक्सर बलगम भी हो जाती है. यह बेचैनी और दर्द पैदा करती है. इससे बचने के लिए आप काली मिर्च को देसी घी में मिलकार ले सकते हैं. राहत महसूस होगी.
